Mine is the story of a 35 year old guy who was 60-80 lbs overweight with a relativity sedentary lifestyle and a desire to improve. My plan is to start basic and over time add new ideas and components to both my diet and workout routine. Like a snowball that gathers both speed and depth as it rolls across the snow, I plan to grow my knowledge and build my health a little bit at a time so as to make this a positive permanent lifestyle change.

A good problem to have
7 pairs of pants just came out of my closet and are getting ready to head off the the good will drop box. It will be my 4th good will drop off since 10-7-12 and I am happy to have this problem. I am running 5 miles a day, 8 miles once a week and eating ~1,400 calories a day while keeping sodium down and nutrition up. I've dropped about 60 lbs most of which was lost in the first two months. I am 185lbs now so losing more is getting harder.
