Mine is the story of a 35 year old guy who was 60-80 lbs overweight with a relativity sedentary lifestyle and a desire to improve. My plan is to start basic and over time add new ideas and components to both my diet and workout routine. Like a snowball that gathers both speed and depth as it rolls across the snow, I plan to grow my knowledge and build my health a little bit at a time so as to make this a positive permanent lifestyle change.

Maybe I should have told the girl to cut the top a bit shorter the other day. Oh well, I can handle it for two more weeks.
